Pregnancy yoga


A nurturing, safe and relaxed candlelit class to help you enjoy your pregnancy and prepare for labour and birth.


This Birthlight pregnancy yoga class focuses on yoga postures, movements and stretches specifically adapted for pregnancy and labour, to  help you calm and release stress, strengthen muscles and joints, alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, renew energy, as well as connect and make space for your growing baby. The class also covers helpful breathing techniques that you can use during pregnancy and labour, and always ends with lovely deep relaxation.


I recommend you join from 14 weeks onward and you can continue until the birth of your baby.


No prior experience of yoga necessary! Movements and postures are simple and gentle, and easy to replicate at home.


All equipment provided (mats, cushions, shawls). Just wear some comfortable clothing.


Classes run weekly on Wednesdays, 6.45pm - 8pm

on Quadrant Road, RICHMOND

* Please note I am currently a probational teacher working towards my full Birthlight qualification, which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. The current class cost reflects this. As all Birthlight probational teachers, I hold a certificate confirming I am considered competent to hold safe and effective classes.
