Mum & Baby yoga


A relaxed and fun class mixing yoga movements for baby as well as for mum, to support your post-natal recovery and baby's natural physical and cognitive development, and enjoy some precious time together.


Through this class, you will also pick up tips and techniques to support your (new) life with a baby, including different ways to hold and carry your ever-growing little one, fun rhymes and movements to share a smile or laugh with your baby, and relaxation techniques you can use at any time to rest and recharge in a busy, stressful or sleep-deprived day.


Suitable for babies from 10 weeks. A great  follow on from baby massage.


No prior experience of yoga necessary! Movements and postures are simple and gentle, and easy to replicate at home.


All my classes are baby-led.  Feeding, soothing, sleeping and changing as each baby requires are all part of the flow of the class.


All equipment provided. Just bring a blanket for your baby to lie on.


Classes run in 6-week blocks on Thursdays, 1pm - 2.15pm at Duke Street Church, RICHMOND
