Nurturing baby massage


Learn how to safely massage and connect with your baby using gentle, loving touch in a nurturing and relaxed environment for you and your baby, in those precious first few weeks and months after birth.


In these classes, you willl learn a full-body baby massage routine (to be used as such or in parts), as well as yoga-inspired gentle movements for your baby and a routine to help with colic symptoms.


The classes also include some gentle post-natal yoga movements for mums to support the post-natal recovery, as well as a lovely deep relaxation to nurture yourself, connect and recharge.


Massage has many physical, physiological and emotional benefits for babies as it promotes calm and relaxation, leading to better sleep; boost immunity; help relieve colic symptoms and digestive problems such as constipation; improve muscle tone, flexibility and body awareness.


Suitable for babies from birth; ideal up to 5 months old.


Little ones may need to feed, cuddle, get changed or sleep during class; this is absoultely fine in this relaxed class!


Classes run weekly on Thursdays, 1pm - 2pm

on Quadrant Road, RICHMOND

Cost: £72 for 6 sessions (includes handout and a small bottle of oil)
